The Raybestos RZP-001 is a heavy-duty 3-4 clutch Z-Pak for GM 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E and 700R4 automatic transmissions. The 3-4 clutch pack is a known weak point of these transmissions: when it burns up, third and fourth gear slip or disappear. This pack goes in during a rebuild to strengthen that clutch.

Before you order: confirm that your transmission is one of the listed units, and check the clutch count and steel thickness against your 3-4 drum and piston. Measure the clutch pack clearance after assembly.
