Shipping policy

MXL Parts ships orders within the United States.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $8.00 — Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping: $15.00 — Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the package and item so we can review the issue.

Shipping to Canada

We also ship to Canada. Choose Canada at checkout: shipping costs the same as in the US, and free shipping stays free.

Import duties, taxes and customs or brokerage fees are not included. Canada charges them and you pay them on delivery. If a package is refused or not collected, the return shipping and those fees are deducted from any refund.

Every package to Canada travels with a customs declaration showing the part and the price you paid. Customs may delay delivery.

Batteries, airbag and restraint parts, and used fuel system parts ship within the US only.
