These terms apply when you buy from mxlparts.us, a store run by MXL Parts LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. By placing an order you accept them.

No account needed

There are no customer accounts and no passwords. You check out as a guest and we email you about your order.

The parts we sell

We sell new, open box and used parts for cars, trucks, farm, construction and industrial machines. Each listing says its condition, and the photos show the actual part you will receive. Most parts are one of a kind: when one is gone, it is gone.

Fitment is your responsibility

We publish the part number, the brand and the specifications we have. We do not guarantee that a part fits your machine. Check the part number against your own before you order. If you are not sure, write or call us first and we will help.

Orders and availability

Our stock is shared with our eBay store, so the same part can sell in both places. We check that your part is still available before we charge your card. If it sold first somewhere else, we do not charge you, we cancel the order and we tell you by email.

We may also cancel an order if the price or the description was wrong, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we have already charged you, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where the law requires it. We can change prices at any time before you order.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your full card number.

Shipping

We ship from Kansas City, MO, within the United States and to Canada, with USPS, UPS or FedEx. For Canada, import duties and taxes are paid by you on delivery. Shipping costs and times are in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not promises: once we hand the package over, delays are out of our control.

Returns

Returns are covered by our return policy: 30 days for parts that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

Warranty

Unless a listing says otherwise, parts are sold as is, with no warranty of any kind. Used parts show wear. This does not affect the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which we do not try to limit.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for labor costs, machine downtime, lost work or other indirect damages. Nothing here limits our liability for fraud or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

What you may not do

Do not use this store to break the law, to scrape or copy our catalog, to interfere with the site, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Our content

The text, photos and design of this store belong to MXL Parts LLC. Brand names and part numbers belong to their manufacturers and are used only to identify the parts we sell. We are not an authorized dealer of those brands unless a listing says so.

Changes

We can change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
