The A&I 397095R2 is a left-hand leveling screw assembly for the 3-point hitch on International and Case IH tractors. Turning it changes the length of the lift link so the implement sits level from side to side; a seized, bent or stripped screw is the usual reason to replace it.

Before you order: the seller lists it at 22.50 inches long with a 1.125-inch (1-1/8-inch) diameter and left-hand thread. It fits tractors including the 756, 766, 826, 856, 966, 1026, 1206 and Hydro 100. The reference number is 397095R2.
