This Baldwin BA5373 is a spin-on desiccant air dryer cartridge for the air system on heavy trucks. Desiccant inside the cartridge soaks up water from the compressor's air and releases it on each purge cycle, keeping moisture out of the tanks, valves and brake chambers. When the desiccant is saturated, water collects in the tanks and lines can freeze in winter.

Before you order: compare BA5373 with your current cartridge or your dryer's parts list. The seller notes that the small seals are not included, so have them on hand.
