The Bilstein 24-274951 is a B8 5100 series front shock absorber for lifted Ford Super Duty pickups. It is a zinc-plated monotube with a stem mount on top and an eyelet below, made for a 2–2.5 inch front lift. Lifted trucks need longer shocks like this because stock ones run out of travel.
