About this part

The Casil CA1240 12V 4AH rechargeable alarm battery is designed for use with Honeywell ADT alarm systems. This lead acid battery has a voltage of 12V and an amp hours rating of 4Ah, providing reliable power for your security system. With the Casil brand known for quality and durability, this rechargeable battery ensures that your alarm system will continue to function smoothly and securely. Perfect for home or business use, this battery is a dependable choice for keeping your property safe and secure.

The Casil CA1240 is a 12 V, 4 Ah rechargeable lead acid battery, the backup battery used in alarm panels such as Honeywell and ADT systems. It keeps the panel and sensors running during a power outage. These batteries wear out with age, and the usual signs are a low-battery trouble beep, a failed panel battery test, or an alarm that dies quickly when the power goes out.

Before you order: match the 12 V and 4 Ah rating, and check the terminal type and case size against your old battery so it fits in the panel box. Recycle the old battery.
