The Comer Industries 151.016.389 is an inner tube yoke for Type 60 PTO driveshafts (Type 60 and Type 60 CV), with a 50.8 mm (2 in.) inside diameter. It joins the inner tube of the telescoping shaft to the universal joint cross, and is replaced when the ears or bores are worn, cracked or bent.

Before you order: confirm your driveshaft is in the Type 60 series and that your tube fits the 50.8 mm bore. Compare part number 151.016.389 with your parts list. Unused, from long-term storage, with possible paint wear.
