These lifters are designed for compatible Chrysler applications, including 273, 318, 340, and 360 engines. The lifters are in new condition and are shown in the original COMP Cams packaging. The Comp Cams 822-16 is a set of 16 High Energy hydraulic flat tappet lifters for Chrysler engines. Lifters follow the camshaft lobes and pass the motion to the pushrods, taking up valve lash with oil pressure. A new set goes in with every new flat tappet camshaft, because used lifters can wipe out a new cam.

Before you order: it is listed for Chrysler 273, 318, 340 and 360 engines. Follow the cam break-in procedure when installing them.
