The EBC FA229HH comes paired here with FA231HH: 2 pairs of sintered HH brake pads for select Kawasaki and Suzuki motorcycles. Sintered pads use a metal-based friction compound that resists heat and wear. Pads need changing when the material is down near the backing plate, braking feels weak, or the rotor starts to score.
