The 24370-2E020 is an exhaust camshaft sprocket with CVVT (continuously variable valve timing) for Hyundai and Kia 1.8L and 2.0L engines. It bolts to the exhaust camshaft and shifts its timing under oil pressure. A rattle at cold start, a cam timing fault code or a sticking unit are common reasons to replace it.
