This Kemper 4” Fig 207 cap is a blue cast iron cap marked 2000 CWP (cold working pressure). A cap like this closes the end of a pipe, fitting or valve outlet, and is used to seal a line that is out of service or not yet connected.

Before you order: confirm the 4” size and the connection type on your line, and that the 2000 CWP rating covers your service pressure. The seller notes paint wear, scuffs and oxidation from storage.
