The Mecal by Starn M26-2245-1040 is an industrial applicator, model MRS0046-JGF, used in a terminal press to crimp wire terminals in production. The applicator holds the tooling that feeds the terminal strip and crimps it onto the wire. Applicators are replaced or swapped when tooling wears or a new terminal is introduced.
