The Mini Rock-It 16-MR, part number 14252, is an adjustable angle adapter for concrete finishing tools, listed under the QLT and Marshalltown names. It connects the handle to a float or similar tool head and lets the angle of the head change, so the finisher can keep the blade working flat while pushing and pulling. Adapters are replaced when the tilt mechanism wears or the bracket breaks.
