The MOCA OP1040 is an engine oil pump. It draws oil from the pan and pushes it under pressure to the bearings, cam and valvetrain. Pumps are replaced during a rebuild, or when low oil pressure and noise point to a worn pump.

Before you order: listed applications include the 1996-2001 Ford Explorer 5.0L, the 1997-2001 Ford F-150 4.2L and the 1980-1982 Ford Mustang 4.2L. Check your engine. Gaskets are not included, so plan to buy them separately.
