The Nidec FP10S40U-939H, part number 08216216, is a 35W ECM evaporator fan motor for commercial refrigeration, such as walk-in coolers and freezers. It runs on 115/230 VAC at 50/60 Hz and has two speeds, 775 and 1550 RPM. Fan motors like this are replaced when they stop turning, run noisy or trip on overheating, which lets the coil frost up.
