The OTC 205-831 is a wheel knuckle seal installer, a service tool for Ford F-450 and F-550 4x4 trucks (2005+) with vacuum-operated front axles. It presses the axle shaft seal into the wheel knuckle at the right depth. If that seal sits wrong, the front hub vacuum can leak and the hubs will not engage.

Before you order: confirm your truck's front axle is the vacuum-operated type and that the job calls for 205-831. It shows scratches and marks from use and is sold as is.
