The OTR3030SB is a Type 3030 sealed spring brake chamber for air-brake trucks and trailers. The 3030 code means a Type 30 service chamber paired with a Type 30 spring chamber. The spring side applies the parking brake, and the sealed design keeps dirt and water out. Chambers are replaced when they leak air, the diaphragm fails or the housing is damaged.

Before you order: compare the pushrod length, the stud spacing and the port positions of your current chamber with the photos, and replace chambers in pairs on the same axle.
