The Rough Country 6624 is a drop pitman arm for Ford Super Duty trucks lifted 3 to 6 in. The pitman arm connects the steering box to the drag link; a dropped arm lowers that connection so the drag link sits closer to level after a lift, helping restore steering geometry and reduce bump steer. It is usually installed with a lift, or when a lifted truck wanders.
