You will receive only the right-hand lever, designed for 2-finger operation and 7-speed shifting. The Shimano ST-EF500 is a combined brake and shift lever for bicycles, and this listing is the right-hand lever only. It pulls a brake cable and indexes the rear derailleur through 7 speeds, with a 2-finger brake blade in black. Riders replace these when the shifter skips, stops indexing or the lever breaks in a fall.

Before you order: confirm your drivetrain is 7-speed and that you need the right side; the left lever is not included. Check that your brakes use a cable pull that suits this lever.
