The Techniks 157100 is a hydraulic chuck with an HSK63A taper, listed as HSK63A x HC1-4.72 (12409J). Turning the pressure screw pushes oil against a thin sleeve that clamps the tool shank evenly, giving low runout and good damping for drills, end mills and reamers. Chucks are replaced when runout climbs, the clamping sleeve is damaged, or the taper gets nicked in a crash.

Before you order: confirm that your spindle is HSK63A, and check the bore size and gauge length in the HC1-4.72 designation against your shank diameter and clearance. Never tighten it without a tool shank inserted.
