The Turbosmart TS-0553-1002 is a GenV HyperGate45 external wastegate in black. It bleeds exhaust gas around the turbine to control boost, with a 45mm valve and a 7 PSI base spring. Wastegates are added when a build needs precise boost control, or replaced when the valve sticks or the diaphragm leaks.

Before you order: fitment is universal, so confirm your manifold has a flange for a 45mm gate and that the 7 PSI spring suits your boost target. Check the photos for the hardware and flanges included.
