This belt tensioner is for select Cummins ISX15 and QSX15 diesel engines, listed under reference numbers 3691282 and 4299091. The tensioner keeps the accessory belt at the right tension; a weak one lets the belt chirp, squeal or flap, and a noisy or wobbling pulley bearing is a common reason to replace it.

Before you order: compare 3691282 and 4299091 with the number on your tensioner and confirm your engine model. Inspect the belt while it is off. This unit has normal scratches from handling and storage.

New, open box. Ships from Kansas City, MO with tracking.
