The SMC MGF100-20 is a compact guide cylinder from the MGF series: a pneumatic cylinder with a built-in guide mechanism, so it carries side loads and keeps the plate from rotating. In SMC naming, the numbers after MGF give the bore and the stroke. It is replaced when it leaks air, the guide wears loose or motion becomes uneven.
