The Haldex GC3036 is a GoldSeal 30/36 spring brake chamber with a 2.5 inch standard stroke, also marked 3036GC. The service side applies the brakes with air, and the spring side holds the parking brake and applies if air pressure drops. Chambers are replaced when a diaphragm leaks, the spring fails or the housing is damaged.

Before you order: match GC3036, type 30/36 and the 2.5 inch standard stroke with your axle. The housing has a visible dent and some scratches, shown in the close-up photos; the seller inspected and tested the unit and found it working. Assembled in Mexico.
